To create a clip:
1. Search YouTube and select a video
2. Size your clip! Up to 11 seconds
3. Add audio/video effects with the tap of a button
4. Preview the clip you made
5. Add a caption in the message bar

To share a clip in the woosah library:
1. Search a key word
2. Preview your selection
3. Share
